How do I track my order?

If you are a USA customer:

  1. PLEASE NOTE, you will be able to track your package only after your package has arrived in the USA, which may take a while after shipment.
  2. After your order is shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking no.
  3. Copy your tracking no. and paste it into the USPS tracking webpage
  4. You should now be able to see where your order is.
  5. If there's no information on your package, it may be advisable to wait a few more days and try again.

If you are a non-USA customer:

  1. There is no online tracking for Economy Air Mail packages, only for Express (EMS, Eco Post).
  2. After your order is shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking no.
  3. Copy your tracking no. and paste it into this tracking webpage
  4. It may take a couple of days after shipment for your order to appear on the tracking page.
