Cancellations and Returns
After your order is completed and paid, you may still cancel it and have it fully refunded as long as we receive your cancellation request before having shipped it.
After your order is shipped, you may cancel it and receive a refund excluding our actual shipping costs, as long as you return the new and unopened product to us within 60 days of delivery.
What happens if I entered an incorrect or incomplete address?
In the event your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, which appears in your order, unfortunately we will have to wait until your package is returned to us.
After that you will have to option to either
(1) get a refund for the returned products less our actual shipping costs, or
(2) provide us with your complete and correct address and have the package re-shipped for an additional charge.
Some shipping methods have certain limitations on the package weight. For example, Economy Air Mail is limited to 2Kg per package. In case your order weighs more than this limit, we may need to split it into several smaller parcels. That's no problem, we'll do it free of charge! However, keep in mind you may be getting one order in more than one delivery.
Out of Stock items
In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order because a certain item ran out of stock, we will contact you and let you choose if you prefer to:
(1) cancel your order and get a refund, or
(2) wait and have your order shipped as soon as our stock renews.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged and you inform us within 15 days of delivery, you may be asked to send us a photo of the damage. We will then either
(1) ship you a replacement product or part free of charge, or
(2) refund you the value of the damaged product or part.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item or incorrect quantity, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. We will have the correct item shipped to you free of charge. In some cases, you may be asked to return us the incorrect item, in which case we will refund you the return shipping cost.
Please note that depending on your country's regulations, imported goods may be subject to various restrictions, taxes, duties or delays upon arriving in your country. Please understand we are not familiar with your country's laws and therefore we will not be responsible for any such expenses or loss on your side.
